There is a CODE.

I've always been fascinated by the idea of unlocking things like a superpower, understanding a previously difficult concept, or solving a puzzle. In a way, I believe that’s why we’re here: to unlock our own purpose and potential. That’s why, as children, we have the most inquisitive minds. But then, somewhere along the way, adulthood dulls that instinct. We stop questioning. We start accepting and becoming rigid.

But not everyone. Entrepreneurs, for instance, seem to hold on to that sense of curiosity. They see the world not as a fixed system but as a puzzle to be cracked. That’s why my own entrepreneurial journey led me to develop a theory something I call CODE. It’s more than a principle; it’s a framework, a pattern that has helped me understand what it takes to find Success, Fulfilment and happiness. I believe that each of us has a unique code a particular combination of habits, choices, and insights that unlock different levels of success and happiness. After years of reading self-help books, listening to successful people, and trying different strategies myself, I came to an unavoidable conclusion: there is no universal blueprint for success. What works for one person may not work for another. But patterns? Patterns exist. And patterns can be decoded.

The solution isn’t to copy someone else’s code it’s to crack your own. And that starts with understanding the first letter:

C -Consciousness

Success begins with a moment of clarity an awakening. It's that flash of insight when you realise that the path you’re on isn’t working, you struggle to find fulfilment and it becomes clear that you want something more. Until you have that moment, you’re operating on autopilot, walking in the dark without a map.

This is the "blue pill or red pill" moment a reference to "The Matrix". If you take the blue pill, you stay asleep, comfortably numb, and life continues as it always has. If you take the red pill, you wake up. You become accountable. You stop making excuses. That’s when the real work begins. You don’t just say, "I want to lose weight." You say, "I want to lose 10KG/pounds by the end of summer." You don’t just vaguely wish for success you interrogate the process. What am I doing every day that moves me closer to this purpose? What am I doing that holds me back?

More importantly, you ask yourself why you want the goal in the first place. If you hit your target weight, will you actually feel better? Or are you just chasing a social ideal that isn’t even yours? That’s the power of consciousness, it lets you separate real desire from conditioned response.

Consciousness changes how you see the world. Sacrifice stops feeling like sacrifice. That glass of wine at the end of a stressful day? You realise you don’t need it anymore. It becomes a choice, something you enjoy on a special occasion, not a coping mechanism. Instead of numbing stress, you channel it into exercise, creativity, or something that builds you up rather than weighs you down.

Next time, I’ll break down the “O” in CODE.
